Front desk will be set up as members and will see it just like a member would.

PayChex Flex

Manage your tax information, direct deposit, and personal information. 
Receive instant access to your W2s and pay stubs.

You should receive an invite to your email after management has entered your information into the system. Please see your General Manager if you need assistance.

Communicate with the entire Mesa Fitness team from your desktop or mobile device. 

This is our team's primary form of communication and is a requirement by all staff to have it. Club updates and events will be posted in the #fullstaff channel.

FAQs

Who do I talk to about updating my direct deposit?

Meet with your club's General Manager or Operations Manager regarding updating your information.

You can also update your direct deposit, personal information, or tax info using the PayChex Flex app. It's still important to notify your manager of any changes if you make them in PayChex.

Note: New employees must wait until their information is added by management before making edits.

Do I get a membership as part of my employee benefits? 

All members of the Mesa Fitness team receive a free membership for themselves and one family member. See a member of management to help adjust your membership after being hired.

NOTE: Group Fitness instructors are eligible for a free membership when they have a class on the monthly schedule.
