ABOUT ME
Growing up, I was always passionate about fitness, whether in a gym setting or a sports setting. I grew up playing volleyball and basketball and that transitioned into strength training & powerlifting!
I'm a believer that fitness education should be a necessity and often found myself teaching friends about fitness and how it helps in the long-term.
I'm still a fan of sports and my time in the gym often rotates around my love CrossFit and powerlifting. Outside of a gym setting, I enjoy horseback riding and cooking!
